Gentle Therapy to Support
Your Body from Within
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a specialist, light-touch therapy that supports the body's lymphatic system, the network responsible for removing waste, reducing inflammation, and maintaining fluid balance.
During pregnancy and postnatally, the body holds significantly more fluid than usual. MLD works gently with that, helping to reduce swelling, ease discomfort, and promote a deep sense of calm, especially after a C-section, supporting the body’s natural process of recovery and helping to clear the effects of anaesthetic from the system.
Location: your own home or Wellbeing House Farnham.
I bring everything you need to your home, so all you have to do is lie back and let your body do what it does best

Frequently Asked Questions
What does MLD feel like?
It is an extremely light, gentle, rhythmic treatment — very different from a deep tissue massage. Most clients find it deeply relaxing and often fall asleep during the session.
Is it safe during pregnancy?
Yes — MLD is one of the safest treatments available during pregnancy and is particularly effective at reducing the swelling that commonly occurs in the third trimester.
How many sessions will I need?
For general wellbeing, one session every few weeks is beneficial. For more significant swelling or postnatal recovery, more frequent sessions may be recommended. We can discuss what's right for you.
Real Experiences
"Such a different experience to a regular massage — so gentle but so effective. I couldn't believe how much better my legs felt afterwards."
