More Than Massage —
a Moment to Connect
Baby massage is one of the oldest and most instinctive ways to nurture your little one. Through slow, intentional touch, you communicate love, warmth and safety long before words are possible.
Rooted in centuries of tradition and supported by modern research, baby massage is a simple daily ritual that nourishes both body and spirit — for you and your baby, together.
Available as a 1:1 session in your home or at Wellbeing House Farnham, or join a small group class to learn alongside other new parents and make some friends along the way.

What You Will Learn
Deepens Your Bond: Skin-to-skin touch triggers oxytocin — the bonding hormone — in both you and your baby.
Promotes Calm and Sleep: Gentle massage activates the parasympathetic nervous system, settling an overstimulated baby.
Supports Physical Development: Stimulates circulation, aids digestion, and can relieve wind and colic.
Builds Confidence: You'll leave knowing exactly how to use massage as part of your daily routine.
Community: Group sessions are a wonderful way to meet other new parents going through the same thing.

What if my baby cries during the session?
Completely normal — and we always follow your baby's cues. If they're not in the mood, we pause and try again. There's no pressure.
Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely — group classes are a lovely way to come with a friend, or to meet new people. Get in touch to find out about upcoming group dates.
