Baby Massage
A gentle space for bonding, recovery & connection
Whether you’re a first-time parent or already on your parenting journey, baby massage is a beautiful way to bond with your little one. These gentle, baby-led classes are designed to help you feel confident in using touch to soothe, support, and connect, while creating a calm space for you too.

What is Baby Massage?
Baby massage is the art of using simple, gentle strokes to support your baby’s physical and emotional wellbeing. It can help ease common discomforts like wind, colic, and constipation, while also promoting better sleep and a sense of safety and connection.
In each class you will learn:

Easy-to-follow massage routines for different areas of the body

Techniques to soothe wind, colic, and teething discomfort

How to tune into your baby’s cues and comfort levels

The benefits of nurturing touch for both baby and parent

Gentle stretches and calming rituals to use at home
These classes are suitable from newborn until baby is confidently on the move! No previous experience need, come with an open mind.

Parent & Baby Yoga
Breathe, Stretch & Heal — Just for You, Mama
Parent & Baby Yoga is your gentle return, a space to rebuild strength, reconnect with your body, and honour everything you’ve been through. These classes are designed especially for new mums, blending soft movement, breathwork, and rest to support your recovery, release tension, and restore balance, physically, emotionally, and mentally.
Come as you are, tired, healing, hopeful, and take time just for you.

Is This Class for You?

Suitable from approx. 6–8 weeks postpartum (after GP check), or longer if recovering from a C-section

Designed for mums of babies from newborn up to crawling

No yoga experience needed — all levels welcome

You’ll be supported with props, rest options, and a pace that meets you where you are

Gentle yoga postures to rebuild core & pelvic floor strength

Breathwork to support emotional wellbeing and calm your nervous system

Guided relaxation to rest and reset

Optional moments for baby cuddles, feeding, or simply lying together

These classes are baby-friendly, but focus on you, your healing, your breath, your strength
Babies Welcome, No Pressure
Bring your baby with you, whether they nap, feed, wriggle or cry, it’s all welcome here. You don’t need to “keep them quiet.” This is a judgment-free, mum-led space where everyone understands.
