“Client” or “Participant” means any individual who has purchased, booked, or accessed services or products from Nurtura Collective.

“Services or Programmes” means any coaching, yoga, baby massage, workshops, online courses, digital downloads, or other services provided by the Company.

“Website” means www.nurturacollective.com or any affiliated sites used to deliver services.

“Terms and Conditions” means these terms which govern your use of our services and website.
By booking or purchasing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be published on our website and apply immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
2. Booking, Payments & Cancellations

Services must be booked online in advance.

Payment is required prior to confirmation of any booking.

All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law.

Cancellation of live classes, workshops, or appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance via the booking system or by contacting hello@nurturacollective.com. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

The Company reserves the right to vary schedules, reschedule, move sessions online, or cancel services. If we cancel a service, a full refund will be issued.
3. Online Courses & Digital Content

Access to online courses is provided for personal use only.

Login details must not be shared; accounts are non-transferable.

Course access may be limited to a set period (stated at purchase).

Digital content is non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

All course material remains the intellectual property of Nurtura Collective. Reproduction, resale, or distribution without permission is strictly prohibited.
4. Health, Safety & Responsibility

Participation in yoga, coaching, or baby massage is voluntary and at your own risk.

Baby massage courses are for educational purposes only and not a substitute for medical advice. Parents remain responsible for the health and wellbeing of their child.

Clients must disclose any relevant health conditions before attending services.

The Company reserves the right to refuse access if we believe participation may endanger a client’s health.

In-person attendees must follow health, safety, and hygiene guidelines as instructed (e.g., no smoking, appropriate attire, silence phones).
5. Personal Belongings

Personal belongings brought to in-person classes are at the Client’s own risk. Nurtura Collective accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
6. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from use of services, facilities, or online content, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Clients are advised to seek medical advice before undertaking new physical activities.

The Company is not responsible for service interruptions due to technical issues, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.
7. Intellectual Property

All content (including videos, guides, meditations, images, and materials) remains the property of Nurtura Collective.

You may not copy, reproduce, or share content without prior written consent.
