Coaching
You're not just having a baby. You're becoming someone new.
About Coaching
Coaching for pregnant women and new mums who are navigating the biggest identity shift of their lives — and want to come out the other side feeling like themselves again.
Becoming a mother reshapes everything, from how you see yourself, your relationships, your sense of purpose, even your sense of time.
For many women, it brings a strange grief alongside the joy: the version of you that existed before is quietly slipping away, and nobody warned you that was going to happen.
That's not a sign that something is wrong with you. It's called matrescence — the process of becoming a mother — and it deserves the same attention and care as any other major life transition.
Coaching gives you a space to slow down in the middle of all of it. To get honest about how you're really feeling. To figure out what you actually want, not what you think you should want,
and to start building a version of motherhood that feels like yours.
You are in the right place if:
— You feel like you've lost yourself in pregnancy or early motherhood
— You're struggling with the gap between the mother you thought you'd be and the one you are
— You want to go back to work but don't know who you are in that role anymore
— You're carrying anxiety, guilt or pressure that nobody talks about
— You just want someone to talk to who won't tell you to be grateful

I'm an ICF-accredited coach, and I work exclusively with women in the perinatal period — pregnancy, birth and the postpartum years.
I use a client-led, ICF coaching framework — which means I'm not here to give you answers or tell you what to do. I'm here to ask the questions that help you find your own.
Sessions are rooted in mindfulness, curiosity and deep respect for where you are right now.
This isn't therapy. It's not advice-giving. It's a dedicated hour that belongs entirely to you — to think, to feel, and to move forward at your own pace.
Whether you’re ready to commit to coaching or you’re just exploring your options, I’m here to listen and help you decide what the next step is for you without judgement.
After working together, clients often describe:
—A clearer sense of who they are and what they need
—The self-doubt they'd carried for years starting to loosen its grip
—An unshakeable foundation of confidence they can return to, even on the hard days
—Feeling more present with their baby — because they're less at war with themselves
—Finally feeling like they have permission to want things for themselves too
